Allen is in trouble in several classes with his grades and Mickey has been tasked to whip some shape into him. After Allen is forced to strip naked, Mickey soundly delivers blow after blow with the strap. Mickey then takes out straps of a different kind: cuffing Allen's wrists above his head while continuing to deliver more discipline.
