Michael Chen is staying with Mr. Palaiologos as part of a homestay program. It's not long before Michael finds himself in serious trouble after driving Mr. Palaiologos' car without a licence. Michael hasn't been spanked for a long time - but he sure makes up for lost time getting here by hand and paddle!

Mr. Palaiologos is tutoring Mark Ying in math outside of school. After failing to complete the weekly tutoring homework for the third time, Mark has a meeting with the martinet.
